Drawing inspiration from classical ballet, a Barre class includes traditional ballet movements fused with functional movement and cardio sequences

Feel the burn with a mix of Matwork Pilates exercises and standing dance sequences.

You will utilise the ballet barre and props such as weights, booty bands, balls and therabands, with
short bursts of cardio throughout.

You will work both standing at the barre, and lying on the mat, with loads of repetition to increase the burn!

Barre Group Sessions

Our group Barre sessions are designed to teach the fundamentals of Barre while ensuring a vigorous and enjoyable workout. The routines change regularly, keeping the classes fresh and challenging. Expect to improve your posture, flexibility, and muscle tone, all in a fun and supportive environment. Our certified instructors are adept at providing modifications to suit different fitness levels, ensuring a safe and effective workout for everyone. New to Barre? We recommend booking a private session with one of our experienced instructors. Your introductory session will include a tour of our facilities, a personalized strength and flexibility assessment, and a one-on-one Barre tutorial to prepare you for our group classes.
