Yoga is a physical, spiritual and mental practice, which originated in ancient India. Yoga classes in our Summer Hill Studio vary in style, and are designed to safely stimulate the nervous system through practising various Asana (poses).

  • Vinyassa Flow – moving fluidly between poses
  • Yin Yoga – a gentle Yoga focused on the breath

Your instructor will guide your breath work with verbal cues, and offer alignment suggestions during class. Yoga classes draw to an end with inspiring meditation and Savasana, to leave you feeling peaceful and content.
